"TRIO BATTERY" finalizes the requests within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the operation requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged. "TRIO BATTERY" may accept the request or reject it by explaining the reason. If the request is rejected, the response is not accepted, or the response is not received within 30 days, the person concerned has the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date of receiving the response or within 60 days from the date of sending the request. "TRIO BATTERY" provides a written response to the request.

Kişisel verilere ilişkin haklar yalnızca kişilerin kendilerine ait veriler hakkında kullanılabilecektir. Formu dolduran ve ekinde kimlik fotokopisi bulunan kişinin kendisi dışındaki kişilerin verilerine ilişkin talepler dikkate alınmayacaktır. Kimlik fotokopisi eklenmeyen formlar dikkate alınmayacaktır.
